Welcome to Test Strip Heros! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://teststripheros.com/ (the “Site”) and the services provided by Test Strip Heros, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our diabetic test strip and medical supply buyback program (the “Services”).
By accessing our Site, requesting a shipping kit, submitting a quote request, or shipping medical supplies to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Eligibility and User Representations
By selling or attempting to sell medical supplies to Test Strip Heros, LLC, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are the lawful owner of the products submitted for sale, or you have express legal authorization from the lawful owner to sell them.
The products submitted are not acquired through, or derived from, any illegal activity, Medicare, Medicaid, or any governmental or private insurance program.
All information you provide to us during the transaction process is accurate, complete, and truthful.
2. Product Acceptance Guidelines
We only purchase products that meet our strict quality and expiration guidelines. You agree that any products you ship to us must meet the following criteria:
Expiration Date: Products must have at least the minimum remaining shelf life specified on our pricing page or FAQ at the time we receive them (typically 3 to 6 months).
Condition: Boxes must be factory-sealed, unopened, and undamaged. We do not accept boxes that are torn, crushed, wet, or have broken safety seals.
Prescription Labels: Please do not remove any labels as it can cause damage to the boxes, we can safely remove them ourselves. You may carefully block out personal information on the label using a soft felt-tip marker, but do not rip, scratch, or cut the box, as this may damage the packaging and void acceptance.
If products are received that do not meet these guidelines, Test Strip Heros, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the items, reduce the payout amount, or discard/recycle the items. Rejected items will not be returned to the seller unless the seller pays for return shipping fees in advance.
3. Payouts and Pricing
Quotes: All pricing quotes provided via the website, text message, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is subject to inspection upon physical arrival of the items at our facility.
Inspection & Adjustment: Upon receipt, we will inspect your items for count, expiration date, and box condition. If the items differ from your original submission, we reserve the right to adjust your final payout according to our current rate sheet.
Payment Processing: Once items are inspected and approved, payments will be issued via the method selected during submission (e.g., Check, PayPal, or Venmo) within our standard processing timeline as outlined on our Site. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal delivery or third-party payment processors.
4. SMS / Text Message Terms & Conditions
Test Strip Heros, LLC sends text message updates in response to retail customer inquiries about pricing and products offered at https://teststripheros.com/.
When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (386)-270-3464. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to (386)-270-3464. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.
Participating carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and all other major wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Test Strip Heros, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Test Strip Heros, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of item ownership, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
