Product Grading Criteria

We use the following grading criteria to determine the payout value of diabetic test strips and CGM products. Please review this guide to ensure your items meet the standards before sending them in or requesting a meet-up.

Grade A – Full Payout

  • Factory sealed
  • No label damage
  • No dents, rips, or crushing
  • Minimum 9+ Months Before Expiration
Note: You are welcome to leave your label on the box. We will remove it safely.

Grade B – Slight Deduction

  • Slight box damage (e.g., corner scuff, minor dent)
  • Clean label but shows some wear
  • 7-8 Months Before Expiration

Note: You are welcome to leave your label on the box. We will remove it safely.

Grade C – Even Less

  • Worn box, multiple creases, or peeling label
  • Visible sticker residue or old label tears
  • 6 Months Before Expiration

Note: You are welcome to leave your label on the box. We will remove it safely.

Grade D – Significantly Less

  • Less than 6 months expiration
  • Expired
  • Medicare/Medicaid Labeled Items
  • Items with Dings and Dents

Note: You are welcome to leave your label on the box. We will remove it safely.

All items must be received in the condition described to receive full payout. We reserve the right to adjust payment based on item condition upon inspection.

Is this legal?
Yes. It is legal to sell unused, unexpired diabetic test strips that you personally own. However, we cannot accept strips paid for by Medicare or Medicaid.
